A project team, chaired by Loyens & Loeff, developed advices for a better infrastructure regarding childcare and other personal services. Goal of these advices is to improve the possibilities for families with working parents, according their needs. And to professionalize the occupational group for care at home to make them more visible and qualified.

Background of this supplementary measure is that to be able to attain top management women have to work at least 4 days a week. They should then be able to outsource looking after their household and caring for their children to affordable and trustworthy organisations/persons in a way that minimises stress. Childcare (at home) is also essential for one parent families.
