ABN Amro organised Women’s Banking Day in February 2006. With this event they wanted to attract female students and fresh graduates for internship and trainee functions. Of 300 applications, 30 women were selected to attend and get to know ABN Amro
- The participants met with enthusiastic female employees that in spite of their normal family lives and the old-boys network, got through the glass ceiling. There were interesting speakers, a workshop and a luxury lunch at the head office
