    • Diversity can be set as a clear goal and made explicit for management practices (e.g. KPIs)
    • Each department could include concrete targets about diversity in mid term planning and managers held responsible for reaching these targets
    • Final responsibility could be made with line managers but top managers also accountable
      • Accountable for e.g. women turnover and promotion
  • Managing diversity is included in mandatory training and orientation of new managers

How to make it work/ tips & tricks

  • Managing diversity can be one of the core competencies used to assess managers’ performances
  • Diversity goals could be tied to managers compensation and bonuses
  • Regular measurements and reporting to the top management might strengthen the responsibility
