Talent naar de Top is a foundation in the Netherlands which aims to make the senior management of companies more inclusive. To achieve this, we have been partnering with organisations for 25 years making the most of the advantages of gender and cultural diversity. We are making good progress: every year we see an increase in the number of women in top management positions in the organisations that sign the Talent to thenaar de Top Charter. These companies are doing much better in terms of D&I compared to other organisations who have not yet joined our programme.
